想借串問,小弟是因為車禍的關係膝蓋碎掉兼大腿骨折,現在經過了兩個多月想開始把萎
縮的大腿肌肉練回來,但是會做的動作都對膝蓋負擔滿大的。
想問問大家有沒有什麼動作是對膝蓋負擔小同時又能練大腿的?復健動作也可以XD
