膝蓋外翻髕骨外翻抬腿訓練請教 - 健身

不太知道應該發那個版
小妹最近看骨科發現自己有膝蓋外翻
也應該就是髕骨外翻了。
因為太熱衷爬山了…
除了去每天診所復健
醫生建議我回家後也綁沙包在小腿
回家抬腳300次
主要訓練大腿四頭肌的部分
我的疑問是
每次我抬完覺得酸痛的地方好像都是"大腿內側靠近該邊"的地方(因我上網看四頭肌的位置不應該在快靠近該邊, 而且應該在大腿正面)
請問是姿勢不良還是我坐椅子太後面或是太前面
我已經選了正常的有靠背餐桌椅
背會貼到椅子
抬腿時有摸大腿感覺外側肌肉很緊蹦
但不知道為何練完的結果是酸痛在靠近該邊內側
不知道有無大大也跟我一樣在做此種復健訓練的呢?
