臥推時,如何改善手臂感受多餘胸的問題 - 健身

如題
握推做了一段時間卻永遠無法突破
每次做到快力竭的時候最抖的地方都是手臂
不是三頭,大概是二頭跟三頭的交接處
小弟也有曾經認為是肩膀的問題
但這感受起來又不太像是肩膀
每次做完都覺得胸還有力量,但是手臂卻都已經沒力了
做了好久都是這樣的感覺
不知道有沒有巨巨有曾經這樣的錯誤
懇請指點迷津
