臥推的落點怎麼決定 - 健身

各位巨巨好,有關於臥推的落點位置請問是如何決定的呢
大部分的說法都是位於奶頭與下胸骨之間都算正常,隨著握距不同會有所調整
這是否又牽扯到槓鈴上下的路徑問題呢
之前Tao有發過槓鈴路徑應該是斜著推,而館長之前與最新的臥推教學也說到直上直下就好
不用特地去增加行程距離,因為隨著斜下路徑,槓的落點自然就會更低
不知道各有什麼差別,怎樣才算是最適合的落點測量呢
小弱是覺得落點越低越吃三頭力量,越高反之胸

而從這部影片可以看到一般來說落點低可增加三頭的合動,雖然行程變長但能激發出更多力量
不知道這做法是否又比較好呢,謝謝
