小弟163/68 體脂19%
目前在練臥推
還在很初階的地方
因為器材的關係都練單手的躺地啞鈴臥推
目前只推到左右手各15公斤X12~15下 一次12組
做完的當下胸和三頭會有脹感但都睡一覺起來就沒什麼感覺了
我有三個問題想請益
1.請問這樣的話我隔天可以繼續練同一個地方嗎?隔天不會痠痛的話
還是應該間隔一兩天比較好?
2.做完像這樣小重量的臥推之後沒有太不適的感覺可以直接接著做深蹲或其他大肌群的訓
練嗎?
3.雖然做完當下有漲痛感但隔天就沒有感覺了是不是代表我應該加重量了?(身邊啞鈴只
能加到18公斤
