臥推重量上不去 - 健身

各位巨巨好
小弟我健身大概三個多月了
我也盡可能上網找有關健身的資料,現在最常就是看傑夫的,蓋伊臥推的教學也很好。
每次臥推前都會再三確認自己動作,好比起槓時眼睛對著槓,腳踩的位置要在膝蓋後面,槓下放時是一個向前的弧線,肩頰骨夾緊.....等等
但我一個64公斤的
PR只有在55公斤
而且還是很不穩的狀態,我一舉起槓感覺附近的人都想來協助我,因為槓真的太晃了....
我每個禮拜練胸一次,持續到現在已經有四個月了。主要就是啞鈴斜推,啞鈴臥推,機械式飛鳥輪流再做,因為運動中心器材不是很多。
啞鈴臥推單邊可以到22.5kg,做八下,大概三組
但每次槓鈴臥推都有點自卑,很多體重跟我差不多的,都做到70、80了。
有什麼方法可以能有效增強臥推的力量呢?
