如標題...下定決心來健身減肥。
最近一直爬精華區文,心里也有大概方向。
在請各位指點一下
性別:大叔
身高:163cm
體重:60kg
年齡:34
基本代謝率:1575卡路里/天

這是目前的狀態
早餐:都是吃全麥蠻頭+300cc無糖豆漿+水煮蛋一顆
中餐:訂便當(盡量只吃菜+白飯一半+炸豬排(只吃肉粉拿掉))
晚餐:吃岳母的拿手菜(油的都吃一點點)
目前計畫
週一:跑3km
週二:間歇運動,做完會吃一顆水煮蛋+300cc無糖豆漿(我是參考

週三:跑3km
週四:訓練二、三頭肌,三角肌(我是參考https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=loyNIFINhG4)
週五:同週二
週六:跑3km
週日:休息
這是我爬完精華區後擬訂計畫,不知那里能加強補足
請各位前進指導...別炮我q_q (還有..我不太會用ppt,版面亂請見OD
