目前有找到 reebok nano X和 nike Metcon 6,請問大家推薦哪一雙 謝謝

硬舉跟其它動作的鞋子不合 如果沒腳踝活動度問題其
實要一雙搞定反而不推舉重鞋(硬舉變難) 試試看chu
ck Taylor或硬舉鞋

PTT混這麼久了,大家都不是白痴啦, 想炫就想炫,幹嘛在那邊裝迷惘...... 其實你身材不錯了啊, 只是欠包裝, 眼鏡拿掉、換個髮型、開個濾鏡、五官修一下, 肌肉線條修深一點, 讓大家可以推你又帥又壯, 不就達到目的了嗎? 看你在推文演成這樣, 我整個尷尬癌都快發作惹....... ...

最近剛上健身房 請了教練 要開始減脂 教練設了幾個規則給我 每天蛋白質要200G、脂肪不超過60G、碳水300G 然後最苦惱的是要喝4L的水… 我平常應該都只喝1L多,到底要怎麼喝到阿... 而且每天要喝4L其實外面買水的話這樣花費好像蠻兇的… - ...
