BMI:21.63(BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率:10.6(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量,未填必砍)
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐 : 早餐店的的500cc紅茶,2顆荷包蛋,兩片巧克力吐司
午餐:通常有吃早餐就想省錢不吃午餐了.......
晚餐:一杯city香草拿鐵,+滷肉飯.菜
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
早商10;00~半夜1:30
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
學生 不過有+熱舞社蠻操的......
運動習慣:(有氧運動請務必寫明心跳數、時間長短)
說真的沒去記.......不過通常1~4有兩天會重訓一小時,跳舞幾乎都3小時起跳,大概都喝
3000~3600cc的水,每次跳完都跟被雨淋一樣 = =
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
我從8月中78kg衝到69kg,是否太快?我暑訓都下午2點~半夜1點,現在開學沒那麼狠了...
還有其他社員都說我太胖了,(不過真的算前幾名的胖.....>////<)
它們說我至少也要64kg,我真的要嗎........??
