請問手腕受傷後要怎麼健身? - 健身

各位前輩好。
小弟受限自身環境條件而選擇在家徒手健身。
説是健身,其實菜單也就是找網路介紹的,
然後份量減半,就自以為愉快地開始練習了 XD
然而,四天前,家裡大掃除時,難免要搬東搬西,
可能不小心壓到還是拉到,
右手手腕就開始隱隱作痛。
至今狀況是:
* 平常幾乎沒事
* 轉動手腕時,才會有些許異樣感
* 壓掌時,就會痛
* 搬重物時,腕關節有點無力。
那小弟就有疑惑了:
現在要怎麼繼續健身呢?
a. 都暫停?
b. 扣掉手腕相關的不做,所以先集中做仰臥起坐和跑步就好?
c. 尋找其他能練胸和臂的運動項目替代 伏地挺身,其他菜單不變?
d. 維持原樣繼續練,只是 伏地挺身 的份量再減半
小弟私心最想選 c 啦,
但我真的不知道 不動右手手腕 又怎能怎麼練到 胸/臂 呢?
有勞請各位前輩不吝指導建議,
