大家好 想請問一下 該怎麼應對教練的推課...
先講結論 我蠻喜歡上教練課的 也覺得需要 對自己也有幫助 可是推課的方式真的太機掰
了= =
之前已經有買過幾堂 還有參加方案二十堂的課 花了三萬多
雖然課學了很多 但因為自己怠惰 離達成目標還有距離 時間過了 教練就不停推課"再給
自己最後一次機會"
沒時間沒預算有安排想自由練通通被檔光光 一邊說我幫你想好所有的因素了所以你考慮
的點是?
我也只能繼續鬼打牆 真的是很不想直接說 你這樣推我 讓我更不想上了= =
也半說服半恐嚇說 你不繼續上的話 之前練的通通浪費了 自己練絕對有差
好像不靠他就沒辦法變健康這樣
小弟剛入門 雖然覺得教練也有道理 自己練絕對怠惰 姿勢沒人糾正也怕傷害
可是另一面來說也激起另一種情緒
你說我靠自己無法是吧 那我就證明給你看RR
打這麼多 我知道教練有業績壓力 也知道方案結束一定有更多方案 身體健康飲食佔多數
可是遇到這樣推課的情況真的很煩躁啊啊啊
實在是很不想當面撕破臉 可是各種理由又被各種破解
請問有大大知道該如何應對的嗎 謝謝
