這樣的三項PR是正常的嗎 - 健身

各位巨巨好
我健身年資大約1.5年 今年21歲 169/63
在健身房常常以健力三項為主 其他重訓項目為輔 但是因為深蹲常常很小的重量就站不起
來 所以偏好練臥推跟傳統硬舉
目前PR是 臥推65 深蹲60 硬舉105
深蹲和硬舉的最大重量差很多
所以我想問巨巨們 這樣比較有可能是我不常練深蹲 所以力氣真的只有這樣 還是應該是
技巧不好 或是發力方式不對 所以數字少很多?
