不管原文是不是包裝過的快速減肥文
其實剛開始減肥的人都要想到一點:
一開始減肥,飲食、睡眠、運動真的都是重新計劃過
身體從隨意的吃到少量多餐、睡眠從晚上一兩點一直提前提前
運動甚至從第一天只是走路到每天都習慣運動
整個破壞再重組再重新來過。。。
別人我不曉得啦
我自己跟我身邊的朋友其實大部分的結論就是
「最起先的第一個月能夠上正軌,才等於開始減肥」
「第二第三個月可以有明顯成效出現且不會餓到或是復胖」
講難聽一點,胖了那麼好一陣子
暑假發現自己胖了就想到要減肥
一個暑假一兩個月 (大多數人可能還是七月底去白沙灣才驚覺發胖)
開學前就想回復自己想要的身材? 根本就不合理啊 =_=
想要有好身材的人我想不是立定 "我要減掉幾公斤" 的目標
應該想辦法設立自己 "天天都能運動" 真的比較實際一點
不然就讓自己喜歡的人羞辱一頓吧 (誤)
