是這樣子的
小弟退伍八九個月了.....還記得退伍前體重機上只有64公斤(我身高173)
退伍後因為工作的關係有時候需要去喝酒應酬
等到感覺褲子有點緊以及朋友說你的肚子是什麼時候跑出來??才發現不妙了
再次站上體重機70 = =
所以又運動起來了
目前大概每個二天會跑30min(大概5公里),單槓7下,滾輪 伏地挺身 仰臥起坐各50下
不過好像還是沒法減重 維持平盤而已
不過這個運動量已經比當兵還多了 還記得當兵快要退伍前在基地一直吃吃喝喝也不會變
胖,
退伍後隨便吃隨便胖= =
請問我還需要加強(改善)怎樣的運動方式,才可以減重阿
