最近在學高爾夫球
教練說我的身體太緊繃
要多些伸展
重訓可以加強下半身肌力和核心
仔細想想高爾夫球選手體型的確都是偏瘦居多
沒什麼大塊肌肉
(或肥肉滿身的)
不過我記得老虎伍茲重訓做蠻勤的
有時候重訓目的會出現這樣的衝突???
不知道有沒有人有這方面的困擾?
