但有些事透過文字實在很難表達
所以到現在還是搞不太懂的人,不妨看看達芬叔的影片教學
目前影片工作進度,應該會先推出一支硬舉的
然後會連推三支臥推系列影片
接著是一支基本訓練觀念>7支深蹲技巧>一支伸展教學
希望能在端午節前完成 XD,希望啦......
註:原本由達芬叔所保持的該量級世界紀錄
已在今年3月被Sam Byrd超越
怕有人不清楚,所以說明一下

SBD的東西剛剛已經寄到我家了
順利的話會在今明兩天全數寄出
Inzer的腰帶部份,原廠跟我說要再延兩個星期
所以最快大概是6/15會寄到台灣
