最近因為控制體重
所以買了一堆水煮鮪魚罐頭
每餐用量
一罐水煮鮪魚
配上乳清蛋白1/3包
吃上在配上600cc水
飽足感不錯~另外可能因為自己喜歡吃魚
所以吃的還滿高興的~
XD
也算過這樣鈉的攝取量剛好不超過人體每天攝取上限
(這樣重訓時也不用怕會抽筋)
熱量每餐熱量約在230卡上下(乳清+水煮鮪魚)
重點..........這種吃法比我平常一天吃的三餐費用還省一半。
