這篇還是閒聊文 不喜誤入 XD

今天又是快樂的星期五 也是重訓的日子
本日菜單是練胸部 跟很有經驗的老鳥練 就是不用煩惱要做啥
只要能力夠 就是盡可能的加重-無力的快樂循環
不太記得我到底練了啥 好像有上胸推舉、啞鈴推舉、臥推、窄握、
還有幾組嘗試性的伏地挺身...大概都是3set rm不一定就依重量決定
我最近發現陪練的某D兄跟他朋友都是練很大的那種 XD
看到我的重量不斷的超越我之前自己一個人作的重量感覺....真的很複雜
我發現雖然每次加重量 我都會有 有這樣的表情 ( ̄□ ̄)||
嘴上會嚷著 : 很重耶 有沒有這麼快加重量啊 ~
但是還是很甘願的走去做 (口嫌體正直 ?!)
心裡面還是很期待哪天我也可以加重到像某D兄
他們操大重量的這種表情 (# ̄皿 ̄)或者 ╰(ˇ皿ˇ)╯
然後等體脂再降些 我想我就可以很大聲的說 : 姐姐 有在練喔!! (挺)
其實很喜歡練重訓的感覺 每次加重 每次深呼吸
每次用盡全身力氣維持或者負荷重量都是一種很特別的感覺
雖然我覺得我調呼吸跟控制肌群使力的的狀態 還沒有很OK
但是我真的很喜歡霎那間 身體的些微使力造成壓迫的感覺 也許只有幾秒
卻不斷提醒醒著我還有個很棒的肌肉與骨骼 可以感受並承擔這些重量感
那種感覺跟有氧運動完帶來的爽度是不同的 而且滿足感好像比較快得到 XD
說來不怕你們笑 今天我在練啞鈴推舉 某D兄對我超好的
幫我拿的重量 一手好像各30磅 斜背仰臥的姿勢 沒有人幫忙我可能舉不太起來
這也超出我平常一個人再練拿的各15或20磅的重量
嘴巴當然哀哀叫啊 可是那時做的時候 剛好我們家健身房內的有氧舞蹈室
在放小野貓唱的 Don't Cha 音樂剛好放到:
Dont cha wish your girlfriend was hot like me
Dont cha wish your girlfriend was a freak like me ....
厚 整個自我感覺就莫名起妙的良好起來
作完還想說耶怎麼只做兩組 我要繼續啊..... <( ̄︶ ̄)>
(結果事實證明 之後的臥推 45KG 我連5RM 都沒力做完 囧)
覺得重訓的感覺跟持續有氧是不一樣的 很閒歇卻有爆發力十足
我好像也逐漸發現我自己的體能狀況真的是越來越走 短但爆發力的運動方式
耐力就有點弱 我很容易強度拉高 但後面就沒力 無論單車或者跑步
不知道這個最近很愛練重訓有關嗎?
不過這倒是提醒我 還是要乖乖練有氧啦 不然我可能連慢跑10K都沒法挑戰 XD
更別說那該死的200K單車比賽...
決定最近要開始利用重訓日 白天增加30min~60min的有氧了
一來減脂二來看能不能找回那種也很愛有氧的感覺
最近失業當米蟲了 沒工作就要更加鍛鍊身體對吧
順便來認真控制飲 來個3個月增肌減脂計畫好了
3個月後等我報告文啊 (快兩年沒認真減肥了 越講越心虛 囧)
好啦...就老樣子以我BF的命起誓 看會不會有動力點 XD
(話說 我朋友常說我就是老愛拿我BF的命發誓
所以我才交不到BF 因為他在跟我相遇前可能命運都很乖舛吧 XDDD)
不胡鬧了 回歸正題
(其實也沒啥重點 整篇都在閒聊 哇哈)
我只是想說 : 重訓真的很好喔 板上的女生有機會可以嘗試一下
但最好是有人指導或教練陪伴啦 不然很容易受傷 真的!!
就醬 大家晚安 我要開心的期待明後天的酸痛感覺了 v( ̄︶ ̄)y
