重訓初期訓練韌帶強度? - 健身

想請問一件事
最近開始重訓(五月初開始)
之前碰過重訓器材,但是算是菜鳥級的新手
然後聽教練說一開始不用做太重
我問教練是不是可以增加訓練磅數
但是他說新手一開始要練的不是肌肉大不大塊
而是先訓練你的韌帶
會有以上對話是因為我看到有些人看起來瘦瘦的
沒什麼肌肉,但是可以做雙槓
我的教練說那是因為他的韌帶夠強
我覺得他說得好像很有道理
所以菜鳥沒辦法追求線條嗎?
(因為一開始要練自己都看不到的韌帶)
我知道重訓非一朝一夕
只是看到有人說短至三個月或半年會有線條出來
就在想是不是自己應該增加強度
(自己有評估,覺得做完不會很累很累,覺得應該可以再增加強度)
不過卻被教練阻止了
所以特此來發問
補充練習情況:
我一周六天會去練(每天練不同部位+核心),練完後會跑有氧40分鐘
剩下一天休息
剛開始肌肉超痠痛
但是過了幾天後現在已經不會了
還是繼續按表操課
