關於帶老爸入門 - 健身

先說明
老爸身材
體重:109
身高:180
體脂:這我沒有幫他測過但破33是有的
本身目前狀態:除了上班外無額外運,因為體重關係膝關節及腰部常常不適
最近真的有感於老爸體力下滑的很嚴重
各個關節的肌肉量也都明顯不足常常這裡酸那裡痛的
於是想幫他買個兩年健工會員(老家附近只有它啊…)讓他從低強度的訓練開始
但…在板上爬了很多文沒有找到這麼極端的例子於是上來請益一下
剛開始的菜單該如何入門比較好呢?
附註一點:飲食的問題已有漸漸控制,因為三餐都在家中所以沒什麼大問題
