關於新手啞鈴臥推 - 健身

各位大大好,
小弟健身新手數月,
關於啞鈴臥推部分有在向多人學習中,
主要是剛開始抓不太到施力點,
最近調整姿勢後,
假設我前兩組用單邊15kg臥推,
確實能在前兩組中就抓到出力胸肌會痛的感覺,
但第三組上17.5後就抓不到那感覺,
請問各位大大,我訓練重量要維持在15嗎?
還是要試著增加重量?
