真的是一些瑣事啦~哩哩叩叩的~想說問問大家 順便也討論一下XXD
運動至今...大概也三個月了吧(沒想到我竟然可以維持Q.Q)
問題來囉~
1.上健身房的時候,都會聽到"我還剩一組""我今天要做幾組幾組"
到底..."幾組"是什麼啊??????(運動時無聊..都是在偷聽人講話XXD)
2. 我已經開始倦怠了...因為我看我的身體一直沒有變化= ="
沒錯..停滯期已經維持約莫2個月了吧.....
(家裡沒體脂機,所以我也不知道體脂的變化Q.Q)
大家最常的停滯期都多久咧????大家都怎麼克服的呢??????????????????
現在好煩阿...自以為今年夏天可以穿上比基尼的..(小小聲的說)
夏天都要再見了..Q.Q
