近日來大概也吃了3個多月的的自己料理雞胸肉的日子,
目前遇到的一點瓶頸,吃到有點撞牆期很難下嚥
我自己料理的方式:
我都是買Costco的雞胸肉,六小包一袋,一天大概吃一包
第一種料理方式:
前一天晚上我會先退冰切塊(類似骰子牛大小),然後泡在5%的鹽水一個晚上
隔天早上帶去公司(因為公司有電鍋跟微波鑪),接近中午的時候放進去電鍋蒸
蒸好後灑一點胡椒鹽類或香料之類的就直接吃了。
以前都是前天晚上先蒸好,隔天帶去公司微波,後來發現再微波加熱肉會變太柴
所以就改到去公司再蒸。
第二種料理方式:
買紫洋蔥跟鯖魚醬,先將洋蔥切絲然後泡在水裡它冰鎮個1天,將蒸好的雞胸肉弄成絲,
再將小黃瓜也切成絲,然後跟洋蔥雞胸肉摻一起,淋上鯖魚醬,夏天吃還不錯,
涼拌的很清爽也有口感
第一種比較常煮,第二種礙於有些人無法接受洋蔥味,帶去公司中午吃怕味道影響別人xd
想說各位巨巨有沒有比較稍微重口味一點的調味或料理方式分享一下
p.s 住的地方有廚房可以使用
