SCM在肩頸疼痛常常扮演很重要的腳色
根據我的臨床經驗
處理落枕大概有7-8成SCM非常緊繃
我常請病人做收下顎再左右轉去伸展SCM
再加上針灸
緩解超過一半以上才會讓他離開
有些人急性發炎硬推拿患處反而更緊
大部分的人都要問一下枕頭使用情形
反覆發作的很多是用太久沒換=.=
