昨天去健身工廠測量INBODY,身高170CM /體重77.9KG /體脂20.5%
小弟目標希望可以體脂降到17%以下,所以從四月多快五月開始(此時體脂將近25)
時間如果許可,就是水煮青菜不加油鹽/蒸馬鈴薯or全麥/五穀饅頭 一顆或半顆
時間無法自己煮的話,去自助餐也幾乎都夾青菜配五穀/糙米飯
幾乎不吃油炸食物,大概一兩個禮拜才吃一次吧
現在問題來了,從七月初測體脂就差不多21%左右
照這種方法吃了一個月,且從七月中開始幾乎每天都會去重訓
體脂才減少0.5%...是否菜單需要做些調整改變???
小弟都會先跑2KM,在10MIN內跑完,之後在開始練
另外請問重訓完會建議吃東西嗎?小弟都晚上九點去一待都待到打烊
之後回家都會吃水果再吃一到兩顆水煮蛋或茶葉蛋,再喝杯低脂牛奶或無糖豆漿
請問大大會建議重訓結束那部分不要吃嗎???全脂牛奶跟低脂牛奶到底哪個比較好?
