體重下降 體脂上升 - 健身

疫情開始後體重飛快成長
從今年年初開始減肥計畫
年初疫情還很嚴重大概到6月前
只有在公園慢跑或跳繩沒辦法上健身房
由於6月時有確診過整體心肺狀況非常的差
走路到二樓都會非常喘的那種
運動大概停了1-2個月
大概從7.8月疫情逐步放寬開始恢復運動上健身房

體脂計:歐姆龍 HBF-702T 四點式藍牙體脂計

從紀錄上來看 體重整體是往下降的
但體脂卻逐漸上升
骨骼機率是下降的
目前安排一週運動三天(有時候工作忙只有兩天)
皆為重訓後接有氧
這幾個月以來重訓強度都有感受到有成長
但看紀錄反而跟感受的相反有點疑惑
吃的部分
早餐一杯鮮奶+乳清一匙
午餐大概1碗飯+1份肉跟2份菜
晚餐在運動後吃 通常比較晚9點左右
1碗飯+1~2份肉跟2份菜

由於工作性質跟人在外地工作沒住家裡
午餐基本上都在超商或自助餐解決
有時候甚至只能吃外面的便當
晚餐相對好一點
肉會自行料理但菜還是以自助餐為主
7月到8月有請過一個多月的健身教練
主要是安排心肺復健跟減肥部分
飲食部分有詢問過健身教練
他建議我大病初癒 碳水午餐跟晚餐
先維持在各一碗飯 讓身體負擔不要那麼大
運動表現也會比較好 慢慢減
長新冠的部分
我一路吃中藥調身體到上個月(11月中旬)
醫生才說我恢復狀況不錯 藥也停了
後續運動就是自己練了
飲料基本不喝 只會喝無糖茶
也沒有吃零食點心的習慣
頂多就重訓前吃一小包蘇打餅乾
水一天都喝超過3000cc
雖然放到整年來看
整體體重跟體脂是有下降的
但從7.8月開始恢復重訓後
反而體脂開始上升
想請問
我這樣體重下降體脂上升是正常的嗎
如果不正常 我要從那部分開始調整

可以的話 我不太想再請教練
畢竟荷包有限…
