高GI食品易胖又「傷心」 糯米飯居冠

想要吃得健康的民眾,最好能了解,什麼叫食物升糖指數--GI值。意思是食物吃下肚以後
,血糖上升快慢的數據;衛生署公佈對照表,發現糯米飯高達132居冠,這比起白米飯還
有薯條都還要多。而常攝取這些高GI的食物,營養師說會加速血糖上升,增加體內脂肪堆
積,容易增加心血管疾病的風險。
打開粽葉大口一咬,滿嘴肉粽糯米好滋味,一顆接著一顆吃不停,但是用糯米飯製造的肉
粽,食物升糖指數-GI值,竟然比米飯還要高,而且位居所有食物的冠軍!
營養師余依晏:「在以飯類來講的話,糯米的確是比白飯高,白飯是91糯米是100多,所
以其實在吃粽子的時候,要比較小心這個量的部份。」
食物升糖指數,也就是食物吃下肚之後,血糖上升速度快慢的相對數值,以市面上常吃的
食物當中,GI值破百的實在不少。
像是夏天飯後常來一杯,清涼消暑西瓜汁,它的GI值高達103,加糖霜的甜甜圈,也有108
,速食店都吃得到的薯條,GI值更有107這麼高。民眾:「喜歡吃呀,有人要吃呀,愛吃
,重點就是多運動呀。」
民眾愛吃不忌口,不過提醒想減肥的婆婆媽媽們,吃東西不單單注意食物熱量,同時也要
找一些GI值50以下的食物攝取,像是GI值38的全脂牛奶、或是GI值43的全麥早餐榖類等等
,避免吃太多GI值高的食物,導致身體變胖,加速體內血糖上升,增加心血管疾病,以及
代謝症後群的風險。
