我的情況:本體覺不佳、駝背、脊椎側彎、長短腳
想減肥
這幾個月藥物加入了鋰鹽,四個月上升了四公斤 QQ
但鋰鹽效果很好,醫生評估我依然有自殺的風險,兩害相權取其輕,不能換藥
骨科醫生和物理治療都先建議我不要重訓,運動盡量走對稱性的有氧:跑步、騎車、瑜伽
、有氧
即使重訓,也要有物理治療師在旁邊看(但不知道去哪找)
跑步騎車太無趣了,我會瘋掉(有輕微 ADHD,有在吃利他能那種)
所以目前除了復健和物治,計畫參加有物理治療師背景的提拉皮斯,同時訓練核心
但是覺得提拉皮斯好像沒有那麼有氧?
希望可以搭配一般認定的有氧運動,搭配醫生的建議,決定跳舞
目前的選擇
一、健身房:一般舞蹈、舞蹈有氧
二、救國團:還在等簡章
三、大學的推廣組課程:有拉丁有氧之類的
在選擇上有幾個問題想問:
A、一二三會有師資上的差異嗎?
B、一般舞蹈和舞蹈有氧的差異?
C、一般舞蹈也有瘦身的功效嗎?或者看類型?如果看類型,是哪些類型?
啊,還有一個,查到藥師的刊物提到鋰鹽可能使身體水腫或降低基礎代謝率,那我的TDEE
和BMR該怎麼計算?
